Shop Banner Translation V2

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to add a banner to a new subcategory on your site but it is not displaying in the Polish version, although it appears correctly in the English version.
Solution:
We found that everything was correctly translated in WPML > String Translation. The issue was that the category ID was not translated, which is necessary since the Polish category ID differs from the English one. To resolve this, you need to translate the category ID to match the Polish version. Could you please try re-entering the translation and check if the fields are available for translation? I’m not familiar with this plugin, and I would appreciate it if you could share the credentials with me, as you did with Noman. The previous ticket is closed, and access to the private field has been deleted. I will activate it for this ticket. IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please ensure you back up your site and database.

You were on the right track, and everything was already translated in "WPML > String Translation." However, there was a small oversight — you missed translating the category ID. This is why the banner wasn’t applied to the Polish category, as the Polish category ID differs from the English one. I’ve created a short video to demonstrate this: hidden link
