I think i figured it out, situation was that default language is english secondary is dutch. initially i was translating english to dutch. I was under the impression that when changing the default language to Dutch i would be then translating Dutch to English but it seems not this behaviour stays the same i still need to make the pages in English and translate to Dutch, correct me If I am wrong please.

Hi there,

Thank you for the updates.

Yes, if you initially created the pages in English and translated them into Dutch then you should still translate the page from English to Dutch for the old trnalsations to work.

You can translate the page from Dutch to English as well but in that case, you will need to retranslate the full content of the page from Dutch to English.

For any new posts/content, it is advised to create them in the current default language and translate them to the secondary language though.

Regards,
Subash
