Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

I understand that you were unable to fix the issue by following the instructions outlined in this message. Since you shared access to your site in another ticket, I tried to log in, but the site is not accessible at the moment. An error from Cloudflare appeared after loading for some time. Please check this screenshot: hidden link.

Could you please check? Let me know when it's accessible so I can log in and guide you on what to do next.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Yes the website is accessible right now

the problem that the plug in create one page for each copy of the translations
i mean if i will translate the page to Turkish and Arabic it makes two copies and that makes the our website very slow . is there another solution without creating or duplicate the pages?

i tried to delete the French and Spanish languages but it doesn't work, would you please delete them.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

The WPML plugin generates a new page for each language containing the translated content. This ensures that users see the translation when they switch languages. However, displaying translated content is only possible by translating the page, which results in a new page for each language with the translated content.

However, WPML has a feature that allows you to display the default language content in other languages without duplicating the content. This way, no duplicate pages are created in other languages. If this suits your needs, you can navigate to "WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation" and set the translation preference for 'Pages' or other post types to "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language."

Regarding deleting a language: Please refer to this guide for detailed instructions. Depending on the amount of content, the process may take some time. Please note that taxonomies such as categories and tags need to be deleted manually. Therefore, enable the language and manually delete all taxonomies associated with it. Once this is done, follow the instructions in the guide to properly delete the language content.

I hope this clarifies everything. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any specific points, please feel free to reach out. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

As I mentioned in this message, The automatic translation feature can't translate content from a secondary language to the primary language. If you want to translate the secondary language to the primary, you'll need to open the secondary language product and then manually send it for translation. When you open the translation editor, the contents will be translated automatically into English.

To better understand the process, please check out hidden link">this video I made for you. I hope it will help. This way, you can translate the Turkish posts into English without changing the default language.

However, if you are open to changing the default language to Turkish, the automatic translation feature can translate the Turkish posts to English automatically.

I hope you can understand the process. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
