Hello, when editing gravity forms, the choice of languages is not properly represented in menu. So i novay can chose other language.
I want to make some translations edit, but when I try in other way to make translations for form i getting error in corner that translation is more the 1mb and can be opened. So I do not what to do

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I've checked your screenshots and I'm able to see the issue you had there.

Please try the following and see if it helps.

1. Make minor edit to the primary language form so that it refreshes the Advanced Translation Editor.

2. As for the broken menu, I need access to your Website backend to check on it.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.

I've checked and it looks like there is some conflict going on here. I can't access to the translation management page here hidden link .

As explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/#translating-gravity-forms , the form has to be translated using the Translation Manager.

Could you please clone the site to another staging site so that I could troubleshoot the site without breaking it? I need to deactivate plugins or switch themes.
