Background of the issue:

Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I logged in and took a look at your site. It looks like background color is not showing correctly for the default language. If you disable WPML temporarily, does the correct background color show for the default language? If not, you'll need to resolve it with WPML deactivated and then we should be able to copy the background color settings correctly. Please let me know the results of this test.
I'm going to need to test your site in minimal settings, meaning only WPML plugins active with the Divi theme, to see if we can reproduce this. Do you have a staging site where we can test this? if no, you can use a plugins uch as WPStaging or something similar to create one. If that is not possible, let me know and I can set one up for you and migrate your site there.
I tried to create a staging website however I got an error message due to exceeding memory on my host.
I have the website's backup (with the plugin Migration, Backup, Staging – WPvivid Backup & Migration) and the website is in maintenance mode right now too.
I've got it working in Portugues, but still not in French. I noticed that the WP Memory is set at 40 which is below the required limit, and this can cause all sorts of problems. Please increase the memory, then update the French translation of the footer layout and let's see if that resolves the issue.
If you want me to do this for you, just let me know here that I have permission to install the WP File Management plugin and I can test increasing the memory.
