This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the French menu does not appear on the French versions of their web pages after switching from Polylang to WPML.
Solution:
We recommend creating a French version of the menu by translating the existing English menu. You can find a step-by-step guide on how to do this here: Translating Menus Documentation.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, or if it does not apply to your case, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if further assistance is needed. You can do so at WPML Support Forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to display a menu in French on the French versions of my web pages. The menu works well in English. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The menu in French does not appear at all on the French versions of my web pages. Instead of a menu, I see nothing.

Questions:
Why is the menu not appearing on the French version of my web pages?
How can I make the menu appear in French?

You need to create menu in FR language also, best way to do is by translating you current EN menu.

Please check our guide:

Let us know how it goes.

Good day, the menus in FR language are created. The menus in both French and English were working well before with Polylang. The issue came after activating WPML.

Is there anyone that can help me quickly? I just want to cancel this subscription with WPML, everything is going really bad on my website since I activated WPML. I just want to go back to how it was before.

Hello again,

Please share the access credentials to your site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allows me to take a closer look at the issue with the menu, although I suspect this issue might be caused by an untranslated header 😉

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos

I deactivated WPML and went back with Polylang, I had too many issues with WPML and support was too slow to respond. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund.
