Hi

Please see shared document , when I perform a translation The booking widget is removed in one case and in another it displays the booking widget code.

Is it a setting as it does work okay in a site that uses the same theme etc ( see shared doc )BUT the booking widget is a different widget

I do understand correct, that this is widget on the Thrive Architect Page Builder?

Take note, that this plugin is not compatible with the WPML Translation Editor which means that you can only translate its content with the WordPress Editor.

Further, could you please increase your WP Memory limit to 256M? 128M is the minimum required by WPML.
Your current values are:

PHP Memory Limit 512M
WP Memory Limit 40M
Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Paste it just before:

/ That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. /

Now, verify the current settings at WPML > Support > WordPress. Then complete the translation again.

These settings can be limited directly by your hosting provider, so I recommend you contact and ask them to modify them directly.
If you can get even higher values It would be great.

Note: WPML needs a minimum WP Memory limit of 128M to work only under a minimal environment, which means, with a default theme and no other plugins installed.

okay hosting are increasing memory,

The widget was not created with the thrive editor
is set up as a banner

Hello,

You need to set the post type "Banner" to "Translatable - only show translated content" on WPML > Settings > Post Type Translations.

Then translate the "Banner" with the WPML Translation Editor or with the WordPress Editor.

Did you follow this workflow?

Your Banner is an ACF Field Group as an Options Page.

You need to translate it this way:

Thanks but it is not clear, please note I am using this same theme with WPML on mpvrentals.com and it works without any issue or need to do as suggested above , please can u explains the steps that I need to take

Hello,

You need to go to the Banner Options Page, switch the language inside the top admin bar, and create the banner for each language.

If this does not work as expected, then please let me know.

I am sorry, but it seems I did not explain myself well enough.

You still have not translated any of the banners and they will not get translated with the WPML Translation Editor.

See here how to translate the Banners inside the admin area:

I began with the translation of the German Banner, please complete it.

Further, not all of your pages have been translated yet, which is why I can not confirm if the Banner translation works.

Please translate the Homepage from English to German so that we can test if the translation works now.
