Problem:
You are trying to send pages for translation in Japanese but encounter an error because the ISO code set up is 'JP' instead of 'JA'. The error message indicates that the translation service does not support the 'jp' ISO code.
Solution:
We have resolved the issue by mapping the ISO code from 'jp' to 'ja-jp', which is supported by the translation service. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking the ISO codes and ensuring they match the supported formats.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to send items (pages) for translation. I have Japanese language but with a different iso code set up. It's JP instead of JA. In the past, I could send items for Japanese translation without any issues.

Symptoms:
This is what I got after clicking 'Send all items for translation': Sending your jobs to professional translation (3) This service does not support the following iso-codes: jp. Rollback jobs... Batch rolled back.

Questions:
What happened and how to resolve this issue?

Kindly be informed that the issue has been resolved, Tomedes doesn't support the ISO code jp, instead, they support ja-jp, so I made the mapping from jp to ja-jp and it solved the issue.
