I added a product wit a Ducht productname in Woocommerce. This product has to be translated in 3 other languages: French, English and German. I click the + signs to add these translations to the translation queue.

If I click on the button "accept and translate" I receive a popup with followig error message.

The translator couldn't be assigned to your assignment.
So I cannot translate the productnames.

Can you help me with that.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

1- Are you sure that you are logged in as the admin?
2- Is the user you are using have the correct language pers under WPML > Translation management > Translators?
3- If you go to WPML > Translation management > Jobs , do you see the concerned product/job there? if yes, please delete it from the queue
4- if you were able to delete it, could you try to translate this product directly from Woocommerce Multilangual > Products > Click on the plus "+" sign, does the translation editor open and could you finish the translation ?

Best,
