Ok, yes the translation editor works when FluentCRM plugin is disabled but this is an essential plugin for my client site and I have multiple other sites where I use the same plugin and have had no issues.
Thanks for your reply. Could you please share FTP access so that I can check and see if there are any errors being logged while the FluentCRM plugin is activated?
This morning I tried to continue with the translations with the fluent plugin turned off and now again, I am receiving the same ‘Unable to retrieve job details’ message.
So not sure what’s going on.
Can I post the FTP details here and it will be private?
I regret any inconvenience caused, but to proceed with troubleshooting, I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.
To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:
1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link
3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.
Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.
Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
Thank you for your reply. I will need to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. To assist them effectively, a snapshot of your website would be helpful. May I go ahead and create a copy of your website for this purpose? We will also work on your staging site, so please leave it as it is.
Thanks for your reply. I've deactivated this plugin, Inside Edge - FluentCRM Custom Email Sender and the issue is resolved. Could you please check your production site?
