Website doesn't auto translate

ilhamiK-3	Make x3vision.com the main website for auto translate, i think with some change somewhere the URL that WPML takes is in caps? X3VISION.com which was a development website. It also doesn't change from dev to production site. I tried disabling plugins, deleting the key, re-adding the key. Also on WPML account: deleting site, re-adding, ...
