This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to export form submissions using JetFormBuilder while WPML is active, but the export function does not work and the fields do not show up. When WPML is disabled, the export function works correctly.
Solution:
We recommend that you go to the JetFormBuilder records page by navigating to https://example.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=jet-form-builder&page=jfb-records&lang=all and switch the language to 'all' from the top-bar. This adjustment should allow the records to show correctly while WPML is active.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to export form submissions using JetFormBuilder while WPML is active. When I disable WPML, the export function works and the fields show up.

Symptoms:
When WPML is active, JetFormBuilder doesn't work to export the form submissions; the fields don't show up.

Questions:
Is there anything I could change in the WPML settings so that this error doesn't happen again?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you with this issue.

Could you please clarify what these fields are? Are they from custom post types? Also, have these post types been set to "Translate" in WPML -> Settings -> Custom Post Translations?

I look forward to your response.

Thank you!

Hi Shekhar,

The fields are just the form fields from JetFormBuilder form and the form is a custom post type that is been set to not translatable in the WPML settings as you can see from the screenshot.

Hello there,

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

Hello there,

If I go to hidden link and switch the language to all from the top-bar, the records are showing, can you check if this helps?

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

ah yes, on the main site as well, if I select all languages the records show... maybe not that intuitive and perhaps there is a better way to deal with this by WPML in the future, but at least my issue is fixed now, thanks
