If you are unhappy with the results or would not like to use this service, then you can cancel the wizard and create your ticket manually. I see that we no longer have an option to disable the AI generation. Take note that this wizard uses ChatGPT. Here is a quick guide: To prompt ChatGPT without causing misunderstandings, follow these tips: - Be specific with to avoid vague outputs. - Provide sufficient context - Write concise If the result is still not correct, I suggest you open the ticket and then drop another comment explaining the issue.
