Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

The plugin "WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium" is not available in our list of compatible plugins, you can check it here https://wpml.org/plugin/

So it could be a compatibility issue between the plugin and WPML. Please try to replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress. You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:

- Don’t restore your site there.
- Install WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium plugin.
- Try to replicate the issue.
- Then let me know the steps to replicate it.

Hello,

Thank you for following up.
I installed "WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium", "Email Log", and I set the Arabic language as a second language.

I duplicated one of the email templates, and I translated it to Arabic.
It's the first template in the list, as you can see on the screenshot.
Now, I'm trying to send a test email to check, but the website is not able to send it.
Can you please check?

Hi,

I try to send a test email from the template but it does not work. Then I make a real reset password on the My Account page hidden link

and the translation site title is displayed in the email as well. You can go to WP Mail Logging to check the email and see the screenshot attached.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

On your site, I also use the plugin WP Mail Logging (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/) to log emails sent from WordPress.
Then I create a test user > reset the password in the French language > check the email sent and the translation site title is displayed there. I see it works as on the sandbox site, can you please recheck this?

I think only when I use the test email it will not appear in the correct way.
I didn't try it as a customer.
