This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that some words appear separated in the WPML translator dashboard, specifically mentioning in Thai. This issue is occurring across all four languages on the site.

Solution:
We examined the issue but were unable to find the exact text on the provided page. However, we noticed that the text is wrapped in span tags within paragraph tags, which should normally ensure it appears as a single text block in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). We suspect that the separation might be due to different HTML tags or formatting applied to parts of the text. We recommend checking the Advanced Translation Editor documentation, particularly the sections on HTML Markers and Joining Sentences. Additionally, joining the texts in the ATE where possible might resolve the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please give me the exact URL of a page where this text appears? Any translated version of the page so I can observe what's actually happening there.

Looking forward.

Thank you for the updates.

I've tried finding the text at hidden link as showed in the screenshot, but can't find this text.

Can you write the text in your next message?

However, I noticed that text on the page is separated in span tags under paragraph tags (see attached), which means this text 'll be considered a single text and should appear correctly in the ATE.

If text or parts of text have different tags applied (i.e. further broken into span or other HTML formatting elements), then these can break as separate texts. Specially if there are formatting applied. Please check this guide for details https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/ (you may be interested in HTML Markers and Joining Sentences sections). You can possibly join such texts in the ATE also (where possible).

I'll request to record your screen to show what's exactly happening. It'd be much helpful if you create a test page, reproduce the problem and don't change it and record everything.

Thank you for the details.

I tried again to find that text on the page you mentioned, even tried to search for that text using browser's search feature but still can't find it.

I even tried to look for the English words, as seen in your latest screenshot, around and in the paragraph, containing the mentioned text.

Please see my screen recording at hidden link.

However, to further debug this issue, I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

P.S.: For the URL issue, looks like after changing if from quick edit, you may need to clear all caches and resave permalinks. If this doesn't work, then I recommend opening a separate ticket because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.

Thank you for the access, I was able find the text (ทำให้การเจ็บป่วยในโรคอื่น) at hidden link.

I then checked in frontend, as well as, in the ATE (Advanced Translation Editor) and doesn't look breaking/separated to me (as you mentioned "...some words appear to be separated in the WPML translator dashboard").

I also copied the text from ATE, pasted in a text editor (notepad) and checked and this looks fine.

Please see attached screenshot for reference.

As another thought, perhaps here's a gap about understanding (for me at-least) due to not being a speaker of Thai language. Can you please explain more clearly about what are you considering as "separated words"? How the word(s) should look in actual?

Some clear explanations and/or examples, considering a particular word(s) or letters may be helpful.

Additionally I tried to understand the words in Google Translate (see attached) and tried to add a space between the letters (or perhaps words) but both had the same translation.

I tried to understand that if a gap makes a difference and that's what you meant but I think I need more information as I requested in my previous message.
