Background of the issue:
I am trying to analyze sales data in WooCommerce analytics. The specific product data is correct, but the overview data is incorrect due to the WPML translation plugin. I have tested this in a test environment and identified the issue by deactivating and reactivating all plugins.
Symptoms:
WooCommerce analytics shows incorrect sales data in the overview, while specific product data is correct.
Questions:
Why does the WPML plugin cause incorrect data in WooCommerce analytics overview?
How can I resolve the discrepancy between the overview and specific product data?
If applicable to your case, please apply the suggested workaround and see if it helps to solve the problem.
If this is not the case, please elaborate on your problem. I find it hard to decipher it from the screenshots you shared. In part because I can not read the language they are in.
The WooCommerce Analytics > Products shows 62 sold items, but when i click on the specific product to get into the product analytics it shows 35 sold items.
We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment, switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty-Four and having no plugins activated except WPML.
First, you must check if the problem persists when just the theme is switched to TwentyTwenty-Four (for example). If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.
**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****
*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***
Like my first post, you can see that I've already did that: "I have tested this in a test environment and identified the issue by deactivating and reactivating all plugins." So there is no collision, the issue is WPML. I already figured that out...
I want a solution, you guys don't even read my ticket.
I am sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Please give me access to your site and explain to me the steps to see the problem.
If needed, please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.
If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.

I made some tests on your staging site and was unable to find the cause of this problem. I created a copy of your site with the All In One migration plugin (already removed from your site) and escalated this issue to our second-tier supporters.

We found out that the same issue has already been reported to us in this ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-multilingual-and-multicurrency-causing-problems-with-woocommerce-analytics-2/. This issue has been escalated to our developers, along with several other related WooCommerce analytics issues. It is up to our developers to decide the priority of this case. When a version of WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with a fix is released, I'll update you here.
