Problem:
The client wanted to automate the translation of their homepage and contact page in Spanish and other future languages. They also faced issues with the contact page format in Spanish, the homepage not being set in WordPress settings, and portfolio visibility in different languages. Additionally, there were concerns about WPML compatibility with their theme and the management of translation credits.

Solution:
1. To automate translations, we recommended enabling WPML's automatic translation feature, which can be set to translate new and modified content across the site automatically. This feature is accessible via WPML > Settings or WPML > Translation Management, depending on the version.
2. For the contact page issues, we suggested editing the page to trigger a refresh in WPML, potentially updating translation elements and clearing cached styles. Additionally, performing a site backup and using the troubleshooting tools in WPML > Support was advised.
3. The homepage needed to be set in WordPress settings to ensure WPML could display content in other languages.
4. For the portfolio, due to compatibility issues with the 'iMaginem' builder and theme, we recommended manually duplicating and editing content in other languages as a temporary solution.
5. Regarding theme compatibility, we noted that while the current theme, Kinetika, claims WPML compatibility, it might not be fully compatible. We suggested considering a switch to a more compatible theme like Brooklyn or Kalium and encouraged contacting the theme authors to join our Go-Global program.
6. For media translations, including ALT texts, these need to be manually included in translations via WPML > Settings > Media Translation.
7. We addressed concerns about translation credits by explaining the renewal process and how credits are recharged.
