Hi,

Do you mean in the translation editor or you can see this sidebar on the front end too?

Could you please tell me on which page and send me a screenshot showing the code you see?

Okay, I was able to find a solution to that issue and got it working. I'm now attempting to get this setup working on my second website ScientificSounds.com and I'm encountering the exact same issue, but have done all the steps we mentioned previously with the other website.

The page in question is tw.scientificsounds.com/cyber-monday this is my testing page

Hi,

I think this is the same issue mentioned here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/404-error-on-translated-pages/#post-12541013

The secondary domain shows an empty directory as you see here hidden link

So please contact the hosting provider and ask them to remove the empty directory, and point the subdomain to the site's root directory (where WPML is installed).

That did it! Thank you - for some reason the previous instructions weren't clear enough for the dev's of the server, so that description worked. Thanks!
