yvesB-21	the translations keeps on stopping, what's wrong? the 100 euro limit is paid but it keeps on stopping and asking again and again

yvesB-21	yes it was very confusing, i thought the credits that we used previously will be added so we can get a discount for the increase number of credits used. but i am not sure how this is working. can you let me know if the total credits we used in pay as you go is right now the discounted credits for the increase total number of the credits we used or is it going to be refresh each month? i had to pay the safety limit again for this month and then it isn't translating further.
