Hi again. In addition to the above, I also talked with our second-tier supporter to help you further. You wrote that using the troubleshooting section solved the problem. Also, getting a copy of your site when those issues occur would be helpful. Regards, |

Hi, I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. However, I still can't see this problem. I checked the link you gave me: hidden link I assume you refer to the French translation because all the other translations are duplications. The French translation is complete, and the pencil icon is showing. Please see the attached screenshot. Maybe it is a caching issue. You should try to work with only one tab open with the back end of your site and never use the back button on the browser options. Have you tried the suggestions from my previous replies? Regards, |

I’m experiencing the same issue again. Please look at this page: I made changes, cleared the cache, logged out, and cleared the browser cache, but the problem persists. When opening the French translation page, it initially shows 76% and then jumps to 100% within 2 seconds without allowing me to make any edits. This situation is becoming unbearable, and I urgently need a solution to be able to edit the translations properly. 🙏 Here’s the link to the translation job for reference: hidden link thanks |

Hi, Our second-tier supporter says that to investigate this problem, we'll need a DB dump before you correct this problem with the troubleshooting section. And then also a DB dump after the troubleshooting option corrects this. This is what I mentioned in my reply here. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/a-wheel-is-displayed-instead-of-the-marker-2/page/3/#post-16612919 So, the next time this problem occurs, it would be good if you could hold on before applying the troubleshooting option, let us know about it, and allow us to take a copy of your site. Regards, |

Despite I have completed all the languages of the home page except Chinese simplified, the not completed shows on all languages. I clicked on Italian translation to see, it should be 100% completed but showing something like 50%. Field that I have completed before show again the English text. |

Hi, Sylvain. You asked: "Why does taking a copy of the site didn’t show all the issues I am facing?" If I understand what you are asking this is my answer. Sometimes the reason for this is the server that site is installed on. Some problems can be the result of server setting or server cachings. In each ticket, we deal with one issue. In this ticket, we deal with the problem of being unable to complete translation with the Classic Translation Editor. If you have different issues, please open a new ticket for each issue. I still have access to your site. To help further, please give an example of where you can see the last problem you mentioned in your last reply. Thanks, |

In addition, every time I try to do a translation I do clear server cache, WPML case before starting and after saving a translation. For exemple: But if you edit the translation, it shows 42% with many fields showing as not translated despit I translated then, if I save it all is lost! hidden link |

Hi, Sylvain. Thanks. I needed this example to get advanced. I've installed the Duplicator Pro plugin on your site to take a dump of your site's database. This is at the request of our second-tier supporter, which I mentioned in my reply here. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/a-wheel-is-displayed-instead-of-the-marker-2/page/3/#post-16677423 I'll keep you updated on the process. Regards, |
