Accidentally renewed, need refund, no longer need WPML

robertB-112	For more context - I was just charged the annual amount because I forgot to cancel. I just need the refund for yesterday's annual charge of 99 Euros, not the whole purchase. I have guided other clients into using WPML and am still using it in their contexts. But this client didn't complete their work, or go live with a website, so we didn't transfer this license to them, and I don't have a need for the license. Can I please have yesterday's charge refunded?
