thanks for your patience. looks good, but:

i just created another test page with the same blocks, send this page to auto translation and the error stil remains.

can you tell me what excactly you do step by step so the errors do not appear? your test page is fine, but mine is not ...

Hi,

Please check the following steps:

1– Go to the top right corner of the translation editor
2– Click the gear icon
3– Disable the option “I prefer bigger segments”
4– Save the translation
5- Send the page to translate again via WPML > Translation Management

Hi,

You can access the translation editor by editing the page in the default language and clicking the Pencil icon.

that's what i already did. the setting is off.

can you elaborate:

- you creating a page, translate it, errors gone
- me creating a page, transate it, errors still there

what do you do differently?

on our test system, above the test page you created:

all i did was copying the blocks to a new page, and sent it via translation management to auto translator. still with errors ...

Hi,

I checked the page, and the issue is there. The strange thing is the same steps don't fix the issue.

Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except those active ones on the sandbox site.
2- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
3- Add the same field group on the sandbox site.
4- Try to reproduce the issue with a new page.

If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue.

we already built a block on your test system which is reduced to the minimum already. there, the error also occurs. (see page 1)

maybe at this point you should consult your 2nd tier support team, because i think it's not a problem of ACF.

The issue is not replicable on the sandbox site after disabling the "I prefer bigger segments" option. Kindly check this hidden link">video.

However, it persists on your site after disabling it, so could you please run the minimal test on your site and let me know the result of the test?

If the issue occurs, I'll take a copy of your site and consult our second-tier support team for further debugging.
