I'm trying to translate hidden link to spanish. Everything works well, but the link title is not showing up to translate.

Field data will be displayed in the translation editor based on its translation preference settings. Can you please ensure that the Translation preference for the "Link title" field is set to either "Copy" or "Translate"? Please check the documentation below to understand the process.
Once the translation preference is updated, make a small change in the default page and save the changes. After that, try to update the translation.
You can also search for that specific text in "WPML > String Translation" and check if that appears in the result. If you can see that particular text, add the translation by clicking on the "+" icon below the Spanish flag.
