Background of the issue:
I am trying to add credits for auto-translate on my website hidden link using WPML. The website was migrated, and there might be issues due to the migration. I attempted to check support at `wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support`but there is all ok.

Symptoms:
After adding credits, I see an error message in the translations tool suggesting I can add credits or pay as I go, even though credits were already added.

Questions:
Why am I seeing an error message about adding credits when they have already been added?
Could the migration have caused issues with the connection to WPML?
How to fix this?

Hi there,

We found 5 records in our system linked to your site, each with a different organization ID. This means credits purchased in your staging site weren't visible on the live site.

For example, the live site had 0 credits, while the staging URL (hidden link) had an active Pay As You Go license and used credits. These were originally linked but became separated during your recent migration.

I’ve reconnected them for you, so the credits should now appear correctly.

Next time, please follow this guide when migrating to keep the same organization ID.
