When me make a simple change on a page, all the translations in the advanced translation editor are lost. This seems to be an issue that only appears on this certain website, in other cases we never had that before. I made a quick video showing you exactly what's going on: hidden link.
Also, did you run already a test while using only the Avada Parent Theme and WPML without any further plugins or the child theme activated?

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site to investigate this issue further.

hi there
I've deactivated all plugins - except of the page builder plugins from avada and the backup plugin. I've tested again - sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I made a video, where I started with some missing elements in the translation, but later on it worked again. Please have a look at it. hidden link
Add elements, change one other and go to the translations, we've had the following cases:
- the translations were deleted
- the original language elements didn't show up
- the connected elements were disconnected and translations sometimes missing, sometimes not.
- the problem displays more often, when it's not the original language
- sometimes it worked fine...
I see, that WPML is saying that - but my Theme (avada) and wordpress (tools > website state) say 512 (see attached screenshot). So that can't be the problem. I would like to give you access to this staging site - so you can try different troubleshooting options.
WordPress hat zusätzlich ein eigenes WP_MEMORY_LIMIT.
Könntest Du bitte die WordPress-Speichergrenze (WP Memory Limit) auf mindestens 256 MB erhöhen?
Deine aktuellen Werte sind:
PHP Memory Limit 512M
WP Memory Limit 128M
define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Fügen dies kurz vor diesem Kommentar ein:
// That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging.
Andreas
