Tell us what you are trying to do? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? Can you help me? Or how can I remove WPML with undo all changes? How much cost to do correct automatic translate of this website with your dev? I changed DB to old working version without WPML. But this is old DB and we need to fix existing. Write me please when you can check - I change DB again. |

Hi, Please let me know the steps to reproduce the issue. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, |

Hi, Thanks for the access details. The staging site stopped working when deactivating the plugins to check the issue. Could you please check it and let me know when it works correctly? The issue seems to be a database issue. It could happen during the migration or installing WPML process went wrong. I want to check the site with all plugins deactivated except WPML plugins to see if we can fix it or if you need to reset WPML and re-install it. Thanks, |

If I can do this I don't need any help 🙂 Main problem - we have only database from 09/2022 🙂 Developer said that he turned on the Translation of all post types and all. After he cant restore the previous state - he does reset and uninstalls WMPL (via the troubleshooting menu), but this does not help. |
