I've invested significant effort in attempting to import the website, but unfortunately, all attempts have resulted in failure. The site's configuration appears to be intricate, and it's evident that the Duplicator plugin is not functioning as expected.

Despite these challenges, I'm committed to finding a resolution. Therefore, I will elevate this issue to our 2nd Tier Support for more advanced assistance. I apologize once again for any delays this situation may have caused.

I have feedback from our 2nd Tier Support and they would like me to perform a conflict test. This means I would need to deactivate all 3rd party plugins or switch themes on your production site. Am I allowed to do that?

If not, could you clone the site to another staging site so that I could conduct a full conflict test and troubleshooting?

I appreciate your patience.

I've heard back from our Second Tier Support, and they identified that the attribute name in the variation meta was identical in both languages. To resolve this problem, they removed the product and then retranslated it, which resolved the issue.

Could you give this a try and see if it works?

The issue only affects some products. When I tested it here, it worked fine hidden link . Do you have another example that is not working?
