This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was concerned about the discrepancy in the estimated translation credits for their entire website, which was approximately 60k for four languages, and the actual credits spent, which was 50k for just a few pages.
Solution:
Firstly, we clarified that the client had 90k credits available and had assigned 60k credits to their website. After translating some pages, 9962 credits were used, leaving 50038 credits remaining. We advised the client to check the credits usage under WPML->Translation Management->Tools to understand the difference between available and used credits.

Secondly, we addressed an issue with jobs not being delivered correctly. We followed the steps outlined in our documentation here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/review-automatic-translations/#post-10935723 to resolve it. After fixing the issue, we resent the pages for automatic translation, which worked without any problems. We also informed the client that resending pages for automatic translation would not cost additional credits due to the translation memory, unless they chose to overwrite the existing translations.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in our support forum.

Hello,
When I was going through WPML wizard to automatically translate all my website there was shown, that it will spend approximately 60k credits for 4 languages. I agreed and have chosen to translate manually, choosing only few pages to translate automatically. After translating few pages automatically it spend all 50k credits.
So question why was shown approximately 60k for all website and actually spent 50k just for few pages?

Hello John,

Welcome to WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this.

You have 90k credits available in your account and you assigned 60k credits to hidden link

Then you translated some pages and from what I see you used 9962 credits and you have 50038 credits remaining.

You can go to WPML->Translation Management->Tools and see the credits usage from there.

It looks like you were confused with available credits as used credits.

Please check and let me know if this helps.

Thanks

Now here I selected these three pages to translate. Plugin took about 10k of credits, but nothing changed.

Hello there,

The issue is fixed now, there were some issues with the jobs being delivered and I followed the below steps as mentioned here to fix it: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/review-automatic-translations/#post-10935723

Once, done, I resend the pages for automatic translations and it works without any issues, also resending the pages for automatic translations will not cost you credits due to translation memory unless you choose to overwrite the existing translations memory.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks

Hello.
Thank you for your help. Looks like now is alright.
Now I have another issue with Products page translation. There are 5 products. In this page I use Elementor Widget to show all those 5 products. But after I translated all products into five languages, in product page I see not 5 different products, but already the same products, but in 5 languages. How we can fix that?
