Hi,

Follow the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/translating-the-acf-options-page-custom-fields-with-wpml/

You should switch to the second language when editing the options page to translate the field value. Please check this screenshot hidden link
