We're not really happy with the outcome of the support session. The suggested solution is to basically start all over again with translating everything. We don't see the issue on our side, as we didn't change the default language, as claimed by you.
We've decided to not further proceed with the use of WPML. Days of effort that went into putting the translations into WPML were meaningless as in the end something screwed up and we lost basically all the time. And we don't want that to happen all over again.
Therefore, we'd like to ask for a refund. Knowing that the 30 days refund period is over. But granted that the support session couldn't help the issue, we'd like to ask for a goodwill.
