Hi Bigul,

Sorry but I don't understand what you want me to do.
You mean I should register the test site:hidden link as a "development site" on WPML user account? As this site is already registered.

Don't get clear what to do with the Sandbox Site, sorry.
Thanks for explaining me more clear what to do.

As we're on holidays maybe I'll take a couple of days to answer.

regards.

Please log in to the test site and register with the WoodMart theme (as a development site). Thank you for your kind understanding."

Hello,

Thank you for the updates, and sorry for the confusion. It appears that the issues you are experiencing (such as missing images and blank product pages) may be due to a compatibility conflict with the WoodMart theme.

To investigate further, we are attempting to reproduce the issue on a clean test site hosted on our Sandbox server: hidden link

WPML and WooCommerce are already installed and registered on the site. Kindly log in to the Sandbox site using the following link:

hidden link

Please follow the steps below after logging into the test site to check whether the bug still exists. This will greatly help us in the debugging process, and if confirmed, we can escalate the ticket directly to our developers. Thank you for your kind understanding.

1) Register the WoodMart theme as a development site (to get all the theme features)
2) Configure WoodMart like your live site
3) Create a couple of variable products
4) Translate it

Hi Bigul,

All done.

1/ I have installed the Woddmart Theme as a development and did configure as our live site.
2/ I've created a couple of variable products and translated them.

It seems to work but with some things to consider:

1/ I can create a Layout Single Page which is the trigger of the blank page and it works but cannot edit once created. I cannot access again because Elementor triggers and error of content area not found which is a common problem with Elementor saving the content. So not so sure, the layour is really working as it should.

2/ I have done exactly the same setup on our test site, disabled all plugins, but still gives a blank page if the product Layout Page is enabled. If I disable the WPML String Translation, the product shows again correctly.

So it seems, the String Translation Plugin conflicts with the Single Product custom layout. Disabling one or the other, the variable products work fine.
I don't really get why on the Sandbox cannot replicate the problem, but the custom Layout seems not working correctly.

Regards

Hello,

Thank you for providing the details, setting up the sandbox site, and continuing with the testing.

I have one more request: on your test site, could you please reactivate the WPML String Translation plugin and deactivate the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin? Then check if the issue still occurs.

This is important because when the String Translation plugin is inactive, the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin cannot function.

Hi Bigul,

The problem persist and keeps returning a blank page.
Only disabling the WPML String Translation or the single product custom layout is what makes the problem disappear.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. We will debug it further. To make sure, have you taken the tests here: hidden link? I am referring to the following. Please confirm. It will be very helpful in our debugging.

I have done exactly the same setup on our test site, disabled all plugins, but still gives a blank page if the product Layout Page is enabled. If I disable the WPML String Translation, the product shows again correctly.

Hello,

We are still working on these issues. The possible workarounds are ineffective, even after upgrading to the latest version of the plugins (in hidden link). As a result, the ticket has been escalated to our second-tier team for detailed debugging.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.

Hi Bigul,

As requested, here I pass you again, the issue we have with the Media Translation not working.

I've attached the image for your reference where you can see that the image has been translated but is not reflecting on the translated language.

Translated image is the top image on the Staging (Test) Homepage.

I've done all the possible tests:

1- Translate the image. Search and translate image option.
2- Delete the original image, upload a new image and translated. Search and translate image option
3- Delete the original image, upload a new image, translated, clear all cache. Search and translate image option
4- Delete the original image, upload a new image, translated, clear all cache and refresh the original and translated page. Search and translate image option.

Nothing seems to be working.

Regards.

Hello,

Thank you for the details. I have created a new ticket for the media translation issue, as it seems to be a conflict with the Elementor widget. We will test it further and update you through the new ticket as soon as possible. Please wait.
