This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see products listed under a specific attribute on the second language of their WooCommerce shop. While the shop page and default language worked normally, the second language displayed a 'No products were found matching your selection' message.

Solution:
We identified that the Permalink Manager Pro plugin was causing the issue. We navigated to the Permalink Manager section within the WordPress admin area and modified the permalink structure for the problematic taxonomy. Specifically, we changed the slug from 'joico' to 'joico-en' for the English version. This resolved the issue, and the products are now correctly displayed on the page.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking your permalink settings, especially if you're using the Permalink Manager Pro plugin. Adjusting the slugs for each language may resolve the problem.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket.

I am trying to: Products from this attribute not listed at all. In shop page everything works normal, even on default language it is working normal.. but on 2nd language English issue is reporting. Have tried with Woocommerce Regenerate tools but nothing, even with WMPL Products Synchronize taxonomies still nothing.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Products

Instead, I got: No products were found matching your selection.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Regards,
Carlos

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

The cause of this behavior is the Permalink Manager Pro plugin.

I went to hidden link -> Changed the last line from 'joico' to 'joico-en' and now you can see the URL displaying the products correctly: hidden link

Hi,

I recommend you contact the support service of the Permalink Manager Pro plugin and ask them to take a look at this behavior because it is not caused by the WPML plugins, therefore, it falls outside of the scope of our support service.

Thank you very much for your understanding!
