This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with automatic translation of products in bulk through Translation Management. The products added for translation are stuck in the queue and not being processed.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Scroll down and click on the button labeled "Cancel in-progress Automatic translation job."
3. Then, navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs.
4. Delete any Jobs that are marked with an "in progress" status.

After completing these steps, clear both the site and browser caches, and then try to resend the Jobs for Automatic translation.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

Hi,
I am trying to automatically translate products on hidden link in bulk through Translation Management. I've added 3 products as a test yesterday, however today they are still stuck in the queue.
Previously I've also used automatic translation for pages, directly inside the "Pages" section rather than Translation Management, and it worked. For products though I definitely need the bulk translate option that Translation Management offers.
Could you please advise if I've missed any steps?

This issue commonly arises when Automatic translation jobs are interrupted in some way, such as when the Automatic Translation process is halted before completion, or if there's a block in communication between your site and WPML, etc. Could you please try the following steps and see if they help in resolving the issue?

1. Navigate to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting" in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Scroll down to find the option and click on the button labeled "Cancel in-progress Automatic translation job."
3. After completing this step, proceed to "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs."
4. In this section, locate and delete any Jobs that are marked with an "in progress" status.

After completing these steps, please clear both the site and browser caches. Then, attempt to resend the Jobs for Automatic translation. I hope this will resolve the issue.

If the problem continues, kindly navigate to "WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor ↳ Error Logs" and provide a full-screen screenshot of this page. Make sure that the screenshot includes the most recent errors and displays all the columns clearly. Once you share this, I will review it and advise you on the next steps.
