This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are experiencing a slowdown in the automatic translation process of over 100,000 products using WPML, with the translation queue initially growing quickly but then slowing significantly. Solution: We recommend manually sending products in batches for automatic translation to manage the workload more effectively. Additionally, in the upcoming WPML 4.7 release, we will introduce additional filters in the Translation Management tool. These filters will allow you to filter products by category, enabling you to translate one product category at a time more efficiently.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

It seems your Duplicator file doesn’t include the installer.php file. This file is typically part of the zip and can usually be extracted from it, but I don’t see it in the file you provided. Could you please ensure that the package is generated with the installer.php included?
Thank you! The deployed site is experiencing memory issues when opening Translation Management. I’ve forwarded the matter to our team for further investigation. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I receive their feedback.
The copy we sent likely included this key because we either paused or restarted the automatic translation. This key was not present on the live site.
On the live site, we attempted to pause the automatic translation and delete the associated key. However, this did not resolve the issue.
Current status: After approximately six weeks, the translation queue has grown to 60,000 items. At this pace, the translation won't be completed in 2024 but in 2025. To make matters worse, the system hasn't even begun translating items—it's still stuck on the queue.
We have paused the Automatic Translation, which currently has 63,000 items in the translation queue.
It seems that WPML is unable to handle the translation of a website with 100,000 products, and we are unsure how to resolve this issue.
We would appreciate a solution to split the Automatic Translation process, for example, by product category. Alternatively, there may be other ways to divide the translation task into smaller segments.
If it’s possible for you to translate the website in smaller blocks and provide us with the updated database or something similar, that could also work as a solution.
If you have other suggestions, we would love to hear them.
for now, the most efficient approach would be to manually send products in batches for automatic translation.
In our upcoming release, WPML 4.7, we’ll introduce additional filters in the Translation Management tool. This will allow you to filter products by category, making it easier to translate one product category at a time.
