This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with translating some backend blocks on their English version page.
Solution:
We accessed the client's site and set the
kc_raw_content
field to be copied. We then updated the page in the default language and its translation. We asked the client to check if the translated team page was working correctly now.
We also informed the client that KingComposer is currently incompatible with WPML, which might cause issues when translating with the translation editor. We recommended using the manual translation approach and provided a link to the relevant documentation:
