We have distributed credits to one of our sites but can not use them there. Also, we can no remove the credits because the option is missing in the tools section in Translation Management. What to do?

Please try some steps below and see if they help:
- Go to WPML Sites page https://wpml.org/account/sites/ > Delete the sitekey of the site. Then the credits will be back to your WPML.org account.
- Go to your site admin area > Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab > Un-register and re-register your site with a new sitekey.
- Go to WPML.org account > Assign credits to your site again.
