Hi Carlos, Is it possible to trigger this automatically at the category level? It’s quite difficult for me to manually identify and fetch the list of categories where products are not appearing. Please let me know if this can be automated from your end. Clarification Needed: Am using pay as you go feature of WPML then why it is not working automatically? |

Hi there, I have taken a deeper look, and I've found an issue that seems to be causing this problem. I decided to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support, where our specialists will take a closer look at the problem and find a solution. Hi Carlos I have identified another issue related to category translation in other languages. The translated category link is redirecting to a different URL, and that page shows “No products were found matching your search criteria.” Reference links: Dutch category (initial): Redirects to: I am still waiting for a resolution to all these ongoing issues. Please treat this as a priority and update me as soon as possible. Thank you. |

Hi Carlos Recently I have blocked some countries due to bot attack. For which the cloudways support has set rule as below : Allow only: Belgium (BE), Netherlands (NL), Germany (DE), France (FR), Can you please check and add your country accordingly so you can access the site. |

Hi Yekdal, I’m Long from the WPML Development team, I’m happy to help you with this issue. Regarding the translation product category issue, I notice that: you have 2 categories with the same name but different slugs Count 36 Count 0 You can see the slug "polos" is the same in English and Dutch, but in different category groups and this causes the issue. I'm still checking the issue with automatic translation stuck and I will update you here when I have more information. Thanks |

Hi, Regarding the status 36 translations in progress, I checked the database and see that some in-progress translation products are already completed, for example hidden link So it could be a database issue. I suggest you run the SQL query in the database to remove the in-progress status: UPDATE `wna_icl_translation_status` SET `status` = 10 WHERE `status` = 2; then you can go to the WPML > Translation Dashboard > Disable and re-enable Translate Everything Automatically to translate all content on your site. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ Looking forward to your reply. |

Hi there I have took the backup of my site and did the required updation as per your instructions. Also, you have not resolved the menu structure issue as the menu structure is coming correct in English language but coming broken in other languages. Each time this issue comes after some time and I had to manually update the menu but this time I will not do the manual work as it take too much time. Kindly fix this issue from your end. Regarding the issue with translation product category page hidden link it is resolved as I mentioned in the previous reply https://wpml.org/forums/topic/can-you-please-check-if-my-wpml-is-working-fine-as-it-is-notifying-that-translation-has-stopped/?paged=3#post-17705811 Can you please recheck this? See my attached screenshot. 2. Regarding the header menu structure, you can go to WPML > WP Menu Sync to sync the menu items and structure across languages. Looking forward to your reply. |

Hi there, Thank you for resolving the menu issue and sharing the steps. I have also checked the redirection issue and based on random checks, everything appears to be working correctly. The only remaining issue is that the products are still not being translated. This has been pending for quite some time now. As per your instructions, I have already updated the database using the query you provided, but I do not see any progress so far. Could you please look into this matter and let me know what is causing the delay? Thank you. |
