I am trying to: Add second variation of product to the cart

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:decoflux.com/produktas/satino-patalynes-komplektas-tulips-monochromia-silver-chalk/

After adding to cart product disappears automatically from cart after 7 seconds has passed.
I troubleshooted it and noticed that it is directly related to WooCommerce Multilingual module, hence when it is disabled everything works well.

Steps already done to solve problem myself:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Sync products variations
- Sync product stock quantity and status ( synchronizing min stock between translations )
- Fix translated variations relationships
- Sync removed product meta from original products to translations
- Adding Errata Workaround function

It is due to fact main page is main site is visited by many customers and we might switch WPML WooCommerce module on main site to counter inconveniences for our customers

Hi there,

I tested this in your staging environment.

for the linked product we have the variations for

155.35
161.85
113.10

I can add 155 & 161 but the moment I add 113 --> 161 is removed and we only have 155 & 133

If I add 155 again the cart resets.

is this the behavior you are referring to? I was not able to get the cart to automatically reset after 7 seconds.

Similar behavior as above will happen when switching the language.

Yes it is. This cart behaviour comes from WPML woocommerce module. It is only fixed when it is disabled.
In main live site you can see all working well. The only change done there is disabling WPML Woocommerce module

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Hi there,

While I was able to add more than one variation to the cart it was not easy to do so. It seems like the cart does not always "empty" and certain products are left behind.

this issue at the moment looks like a caching problem.

While it's happening less often you can see the following:

I will delete a product from the cart and 2 will be removed
I will clear the cart and add a new product but now 2 of them are in there
Clear cache and a product is still in the cart

This is all happening with WPML deactivated as well.

What are your results with WP Rocket deactivated as well as any other drop in caching plugin that might be enabled?

I checked with disabled WP Rocket and enabled WPML - it produced same result - removing items from cart.
However the better fix was to disable WPML and therefore the error of basket was fixed. Do you say I should contact WP Rocket?

It would be good to contact them to get their input as well, however, I would like to perform one more test with a minimal environment to verify the results.

Do I have your permission to do this with your sandbox site? (deactivate 3rd party plugins, and set Theme to a standard theme such as twenty23)

Please update the Woodmart theme and it's add-on plugins to their latest versions.

The version installed is 7.0.4 and the latest version sis 7.1.4 -- since 7.0.4 I can see they have introduced many changes including ones that could affect the way the cart behaves.
