Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Under tools it simply says There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.

I expected to see: The page to use automatic translation

Instead, I got: Under tools it simply says There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.

Do you see any problems, if you go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now"?

Hello,

The Pay-As-You-Go Subscription is canceled and there are not any pre-purchased credits signed to the site.

So far all your credits are used:

Deposited credits: 64733
Used credits: 64733
Available credits: 0

You need to assign pre-purchased credits to the site or subscribe again to Pay-As-You-Go in order to be able to use automatic translation.

Well, yes, and the issue is that I cannot subscribe again to Pay-As-You-Go in order to be able to use automatic translation. When I click on the link on the WPML page it redirects me to my site under tools, loads for 10 seconds and then displays "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team." Which I have done now.

Could the issue be related to one of the issues mentioned here?

If not, then I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
