cant delete old languages, always gets stuck

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Can you provide a few screenshots showing the error? Also, if possible try from a different browser and see if it helps.

- Are you using the latest versions of WPML plugins?
- Which version of PHP/MYSQL are you using?

You can easily send this information using the Debug information settings from WPML.

Hello,

In this case, as those are only 24 contents, please activate English again and remove the content manually from the backend.

This would be in fact the fastest way to solve this issue in this case.

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.

Hello,

The page was in the trash bin.

The media was available inside the media library.

The Elementor Templates also were available in the list.

The English menu was deleted.

The left-over content was able to be removed with our dialog after disabling English.
