Problem:
The client reported that some images on the homepage category for another country were not loading.
Solution:
We suggested that the client should first update their WPML plugins as they were using outdated versions. Here are the steps we recommended:
1. Download the latest versions from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in the WordPress dashboard and upload the freshly downloaded files.
We also advised the client to back up their database before making any changes. If the issue persists after updating, we asked the client to provide screenshots showing how the images were added.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I can see that you are still using outdated WPML plugins. Based on the conversation, it seems you were unable to update them—am I correct?

Have you tried updating them manually? You can do it as follows:

1. Download the latest versions from:
https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the freshly downloaded files.

If the issue persists after the update, please share screenshots showing how the images were added.

Before making any changes, please ensure that you back up your database.
