Background of the issue:
I try to change the language for the user, to have it in English. Unfortunately, I can't find the option in the profile. The site I need help with is hidden link. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/setting-the-wordpress-administration-language/.
Symptoms:
The option to change the language for the user is not available in the profile.
