Hello, I have change on doctorseyes.com the default browseer language from german (because our initial german page dentaleyepad.de was german) to english - it seemed to broke things regarding products. English products had spain langauge, some german - it was quite messed up. Problem 1: We still have the issue, that some bundled products can not changed correctly - I duplicate the original ones but the products in the bundle are missing and not able to be added manually. Problem 2: We really need to have the english langauge as the original and default language - so that by changing these products every other product will by changed accordingly - now its german langauge and it not just done by selecting a new default langauge. How can that be changed? Thanks! New threads created by Long Nguyen and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-changing-the-default-langauge-broke-producs/ |

Hi Thomas, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. Can you please share some screenshots of the issue on your end? Now I see the products displayed in the English language correctly, for example hidden link If it still does not work on your end, please try to enable a minimal environment as below and see if it helps: We can handle one issue per ticket only so if you have more questions/issues, please create new tickets for them. I will help you to split this ticket into a new one for your second issue. Look forward to your reply. |

Hello! Thank you for your investigation. We allready corrected the language of the products. So the main issue would be : "We still have the issue, that some bundled products can not changed correctly - I duplicate the original ones but the products in the bundle are missing and not able to be added manually." Thank you |

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. Then let me know where I can see the issue on your site, some screenshots would be appreciated. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ Look forward to your reply. |

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I've tried to download a backup from your site and restore it on my local site, and followed some troubleshooting steps but still see the issue. However, if I delete the old bundle product and the same new bundle product in the German language and update the translation, the new bundle product will be synced to the product in the English language correctly. Can you please apply this workaround on your site? Look forward to your reply. |
