Problem:
You are trying to manually translate a word in the header menu of your website using the Salient theme, even though the header menu has been translated using WPML, there is an error that needs manual correction.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to Appearance > Menus in your WordPress dashboard.
2. From the "Select a menu to edit" dropdown, choose the menu you want to translate (if you have more than one menu).
3. Click the "Plus" or "Pencil icon" next to the "Translations" to open the translated menu.
4. Make your updates and click the "Save Menu" button.
