[Closed] Changing Translation Ownership in WPML from Admin to Author

Background of the issue:
I want to give an author access to WPML translations on my site hidden link. Currently, the translations are assigned to the admin role, and I need to transfer ownership to an author.

Symptoms:
I can't change the current ownership of WPML translations from admin to author.

Questions:
How can I transfer translation ownership from admin to author in WPML? Ideally, I can give all authors the same ownership, so all authors can translate all pages and custom post types.
