This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing a conflict between the WPML String Translation plugin and WooCommerce bookings, where each person is not counted as a slot. Additionally, Elementor page strings disappear when the WPML String Translation plugin is active.
Solution:
We recommend trying the workaround provided in the WPML errata for WooCommerce bookings. This specific workaround addresses issues with availability when more than one person is booked. You can find the workaround here (for version 5.5.1).

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Yes, sorry about that. Both the 5.50 version and the workaround work for the first mentioned problem which is counting people as reservations.

But now we face a different issue, in one of the languages, although counting people as reservations correctly, i can still book more than the maximum slots availability.

As you can see in the screenshot the available slots are 10, and I'm able to put 12 and continue the reservation.

If you want i can try to reproduce this in the sandbox

Since it's a different issue, I split the ticket.

We have a workaround for this one, so I'd consider the issue solved, the issue will be fixed in the next WCML version.
