I am trying to: Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I expected to see: Instead, I got: Hi Itamar, I tried to change for the product pages in DIVI to eliminate the sidebar, two examples: a) how I changed i (in safe mode), on advice of DIVI I installed and de-installed plugins, as they state it is probably a plugin conflict. Could be, but I deinstalled, all and re-installed and still can not without SAFE mode (everythin de-install), eliminate the sidebar DIVI simply keeps updating and does not finish To see what i mean, you see the difference: 1 colom: no sidebar (as stated I can not use the function, as any kind of conflict, but withde-activating the plugins, I can not see it work (so not so sure it are the plugins - probably I am wrong, but perhapsit is = developement WPML? hidden link 2 coloms: This means I have to solve this, if you check and let WPML be without under development, I can check if that helps, as I cannot change coloms and product pages anymore. I only added Woo Commerce payment, but de-installed, en re-installed that, did not work. Translations are fine, not about WPML, not sure as I installed Woo Commerce Paypal, if I need or I am finished with Translation or miss steps. Regards, ps. if regarding the column issue, you have no clue, it could be WPML, I will look further for that issue, which is strange one, with DIVI |

Hi There, When WPML is registered as a development site it should not cause any issues with the way the site functions, it does not introduce any limitations. if I understand correctly your side is missing the sidebar correct? Is the issue resolved with WPML deactivated? |

Hi, Each time, I see this screens, i edit them with ATE, page by page (but as they are already translated), will be minor changes. I do I per page, as I sent those to (need for translation update - to WMPL basket - select the pages Which need updating, and then I select those, it says, then you use 8.900 credit, while they have been translated already and if open ATE per page hand wise, almost 0 credits. My way is the wrong, very time consuming, what do I do wrong, ... |

I have screenshots of the updating only in a word document, but I put in the basket and paid 9.000 credits (at least it states, of pages which been translated, no less than 1% max, and it charges, so I edit each page handmade 🙁 rgds, |

Hi Anton, I understand you have a few questions, which is understandable but in order to provide you with the best support possible, we do try to limit each thread to one issue. If possible, let's resolve the first issue and we can review the credits afterward. a - yes b - I am not familiar with a W3 cache add-on plugin you would find all add-ons here c - based on your debug info it looks good d - see the following documentation If the above is OK, we can move forward with the credit issue. You said you have screenshots if possible share them with me so I can better understand your translation process. |

Hi Bobby, i can only send the screenshots in a word document - made screenshots, which e-mail address can I sent this to? I try to sent it to: first screenshot is of plugin message: "Activating the WPML extension for W3 Total Cache may be helpful for your site. Available after upgrade" other 3 of "needs updating", which is now with ATE manual per page, as otherwise I got message (for already translated pages each time, to pay credit for same content which has had the automatic translation already:/ Regards, Regards, ps I am not able to upload these screenshots as an image |

Hi Bobby, See also my other Suppport Request. Changes site from Development to Productions. Translations were fine before, after that step: Button not translated I only changed, on WPML.org, stage from Development to Live 🙁 Hope can check that also, I am quite some hurry (next week I am in Costa Rica), with lousy Internet, real need to solve this problems, before I leave! Many thanks, - I explained all, but you can see it yourself easy also, might be easy fix, but now I am worried = perhaps I have to change KEY? I have back-up, might loose some work, but this has Priority, in Costa Rica I can not do a lot with Speed Internet there, many thank in advance. |

Hi Anton, I was able to see the notice about W3 TC by installing it. This is a notice coming from the W3TC plugin - I believe they have an extension for WPML in their pro version. You can dismiss the notice or contact their team for further information as the extension is not created by our team. switching the site from development to live should not cause any errors. I have replied to your new ticket where we can investigate this issue. |

Did you receive the word document, with the three screenshots, op "needs updating", wich I know do manual per page with ATE, but that should be done automatic And the notice about the credits, with are not necessaray, almost none, as translations are already done? rgds, |
