You don´t need to update anything. It is related to the advanced translator editor.

Could you please try to translate a contact form and let me know if it works correctly?

Hello,

We’ve tested, and everything seems to be working well. However, after auto-translation, the <[your-email]> placeholder is not appearing in the message body for secondary languages. You can see the issue in the following Secondary Language screenshots: hidden link

For reference, here are the screenshots for the English version: hidden link

I cannot see the screenshot.

I have done a test and it is working properly.

Could you please create a new form and let me know if it works the translation properly? Also go to the original form and make a small change and update the translation.

If the problem persists, could you share with me the link to the translation editor job?

Hello,

We’ve tested the translation, and it’s working fine. However, after auto-translation, the <[your-email]> placeholder is not appearing in the ATE.

Here is the translation editor link: hidden link
See the screenshot here: hidden link

As a result, when the user submits the form in secondary languages, we're unable to receive the email content in the body of the email.

Additionally, in the email body, we’re receiving the translation shortcode instead of the user’s content.

For contact form settings, navigate to the Contact Form tab > Mail > Message Body: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>.

Let me know if you need anything from my end.

Is this hapenning with a new contact form and with the old one?

Try to create a new one first and let me know if it works.

Hello,

Is this hapenning with a new contact form and with the old one?
Reply : Yes, the issue is occurring with both new and old contact forms.

We’ve created a new form — see the screenshot here: hidden link

We translated that form into Croatian and Dutch, but in both languages, the <[your-email]> placeholder is missing. Additionally, in the email body, we’re receiving the translation shortcode instead of the user’s actual content.

I see that the problem occurs with message body as you can see on this video:

I have escalated to the second tier and I will let you know when there are some news.

For the moment you will need to edit the translation from the translation editor of the message body.

Hi,

Thank you for your response and for escalating the issue to the second tier.

I understand that you are working on resolving the issue related to the message body in secondary languages. However, I wanted to inform you that I am unable to view the video you sent. When I try to open it, all I can see from start to finish is the ATE error log screen.

For reference, here is a screenshot of what I am seeing: hidden link
