I have done a test and it is working properly.
Could you please create a new form and let me know if it works the translation properly? Also go to the original form and make a small change and update the translation.

For contact form settings, navigate to the Contact Form tab > Mail > Message Body: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>.

I understand that you are working on resolving the issue related to the message body in secondary languages. However, I wanted to inform you that I am unable to view the video you sent. When I try to open it, all I can see from start to finish is the ATE error log screen.
