Hi, Thank you for contacting the support. I can see the problem on the contact page that in English version it is not translated correctly. Can you check this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ and see if you can scan and find it? If this doesn't help, may I ask for admin access to your website to check the issue in detail? You can create a separate admin user for this purpose, which can be deleted afterwards. Also provide following detail to investigate/observe the issue: - detailed steps to reproduce the issue Remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site, which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise. Hi, Thank you for providing the access and confirmations. I was able to fix it by simply editing form translation in ATE and then searching in the editor for "Absenden". This brought up that it hasn't been translated. So I added English translation "Submit" and completed it. This is now can be seen on frontend as well hidden link. Screenshots are attached for your reference. Please check and confirm. Regards. |

Hi thanks Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your approach to the remaining forms. Is there something else you did, other than clicking to edit the English translation? It shows differently when I do so (see attachments) |

Hi, Thank you for the updates and screenshots. Please remember to pass/accept the reviews for these forms first, then edit the translation and search in the ATE. The issue about "someone else is reviewing" is may be due to when I passed the review for the fixed form (contact form), it may have picked the next in queue while I had navigated away from it. You can use the same user you provided me for testing, to pass the review in this case. Let me know if this helps. Regards. |
