This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's privacy policy page content is not displaying for translations in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). The page was created using WP Bakery Page Builder.
Solution:
We recommend deleting the current text module on the privacy policy page, adding a new one, and then saving the page. This action should make the strings appear correctly in the translation editor.

The content of the privacy policy page is not showing for translations on ATE. The page was built using WP Bakery Page Builder, with no custom widgets, it seems.

Hi again,

I checked the page on the staging site, and the workaround for fixing it was deleting the current text module, adding a new one, and saving the page.

After that, the strings appeared correctly in the translation editor. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

Best regards,
Osama
